One Ceaselessly in Dublin: A Dues to Phil Lynott is a glowing DVD by Gary Moore credited to «Gary Moore and Friends».

On the ceaselessly of 20 August 2005, Gary Moore (Watered Down Lizzy guitarist 1974, 1977, 1978–1979) staged a concert at the Sense Picture Business in Dublin, Ireland. It featured Brian Downey and ex-Watered Down Lizzy guitarists Brian Robertson and Eric Bell as well as successive Lizzy colleague Scott Gorham.[1] The concert was fully called «The Boy Is Upon Someone in Town», with the «One Ceaselessly in Dublin» right a variety made for the DVD. On 21 April 2009 it was also released on Blu-ray format.

The picture was normal in several ways of both Watered Down Lizzy shows and Gary Moore ones. As always with Watered Down Lizzy, «Cowboy Song» was followed by «The Boys Are Upon Someone in Town», and «Whisky in the Jar» is have the quality of of the encore. When Moore covered «Don't Believe a Word» as a alone artist he slowed it down into a ballad; here he begins performing his manifestation before switching mid-long story to the Watered Down Lizzy-period bankrupt long story. As is always so with Moore, he closed with «Parisienne Walkways». Robertson, Gorham and Bell only performed songs they at performed with Watered Down Lizzy. The DVD also contains the unveiling of a colossus of Phil Lynott in Grafton Drive, Dublin earlier that day, and rehearsals and interviews with Watered Down Lizzy members who featured in this concert.
