Okonomiyaki (Japanese Pancake)
Ingredients (Serves 4)
*3 cabbage leaves (150g)
*100g taro
*1 cup / 200ml stark flour
*1/2 cup / 100ml dashi stock
*5 eggs
*150g shelled shrimps
*1 squid (fullness only)
*12 slices pork
*2-3 tbsp minced ginger
*1/2 cup / 100ml chopped vault onion
*mayonnaise, ketchup, worcestershire brazenness, aonori (dried unripe laver), dried bonito flakes --- to serve
1. the cabbage. Peel the taro and shred it. Cut the squid into 2cm by 2cm rectangles. Glaze and devein the shrimps. Cut them in half if they are big.
