Griffs Weighty Britain: Series — 1
Griff Rhys Jones sets out to get a bird's eye notion of eight very disparate kinds of quintessentially British ground, investigating how they have dictated different ways of living, working and playing — both in the over and as they are now — across the inviolate fatherland, while also unearthing quirky and strange facts en route.

1) Downs
He begins by heading to the South Downs, which are situated in Hampshire and East and West Sussex, engaging to the air for a bird«s eye notion and attempting to get to know one of the region»s woolliest inhabitants.

2) Estuaries
Griff Rhys Jones explores the realistic estuaries of Suffolk and Essex in the second leg of his jaunt through the British vista. Amongst his challenges are attempting to eat a `Colchester Native', portion to shape a copy of the Mayflower and enjoying the belle of Flatfoot Fatherland.

3) Highlands
Griff explores the Highlands as he goes in search of Britain's second-largest bird of dupe, migratory through the striking and primitive vista by a multiplicity of means — but will he be able to line down the intangible blest eagle?

4) Dartmoor
Griff explores the pleasures and perils of Dartmoor Nationwide Estate — the largest and wildest scope of frank fatherland in the south of England. He discovers it is living quarters to primitive woodlands, towering granite tors and behemoth tracts of rolling moorland, as well as churches, cream teas, llamas and legends.

5) Seaboard
Griff Rhys Jones explores the North Yorkshire coastline as he investigates the nation's passion for being beside the sea, inception in the significant metropolis of Scarborough and migratory to the refuge of Whitby — where he goes on a unearthly adventure.

6) Lakes
Griff Rhys Jones explores the expressive and pleasant vista of the Lake Scope. Along the way he meets the man who made the world's longest Cumberland sausage, attempts to celerity along the steepest course in Britain, crosses the Infinity Connect and tries to end b disengage the set down for the slowest mineral water ski in history.

7) Wolds
In this Matter, Griff explores the Cotswolds and finds lovely landscapes and butterscotch-coloured villages, as well as many fetes, fairs and fatherland shows. With gardens in abundance, Griff is spoilt for as he attempts his latest provocation.

8) Borders
Griff explores the Shropshire countryside along the frontier between England and Wales, engaging to the air to get a bird's eye notion of the vista in all its halo. He then embarks on his terminating provocation, which takes him from Ludlow to the engineering amazed by that is Chirk Aqueduct and on to Church Stretton and the Llangollen Canal.
