From Wiki:

Incubus is an American astonish affiliate, from Calabasas, California. The classify was formed in 1991 by chorister Brandon Boyd, preside over guitarist Mike Einziger, and drummer Jose Pasillas while enrolled in superior primary and later expanded to classify bassist Alex «Dirk Lance» Katunich, and Gavin «DJ Lyfe» Koppell, both of whom were in the last analysis replaced by bassist Ben Kenney, and DJ Kilmore respectively.

Incubus has received both depreciating acclaim and commercial prosperity, reaching multi-platinum sales, as well as releasing several very well-known singles. The affiliate started branching out creatively and earned mainstream acceptance with the let go of their 1999 album Kind Yourself. In 2001, Incubus became even more well-known with the free «Drive» and their support up album Morning Watch. Their latest studio album, Feather-Brained Grenades, debuted at #1 in 2006 and has received Gold certification in the U.S. Incubus released their first greatest hits album Monuments and Melodies in June 2009, accompanied by a voyage of the Common States and Canada.

Monuments and Melodies 2009

Monuments and Melodies is the first greatest hits compilation album by American astonish affiliate Incubus released on June 16, 2009 through Epic Records.[1] It is released as a folded-disc set, the first disc features 13 theretofore released singles from the albums Kind Yourself, Morning Watch, A Crow Nautical Port of the Murder..., and Feather-Brained Grenades, along with two new Brendan O'Brien-produced tracks, «Black Core Inertia» and «Midnight Swim».

The second disc is a garnering of rarities, including B-sides, soundtrack cuts, alternate versions, three theretofore unreleased songs, and a attire of Prince«s «Let»s Go Crazy«. The album takes its right from a tale that was from the beginning released as the B-side to »Megalomaniac» and as a tip trail on oecumenical releases of A Crow Nautical Port of the Murder...; it is also included on Disc 2 of this album. The album art was exhausted by chorister Brandon Boyd.

Although disc 2 was advertised as being made up of almost entirely theretofore unreleased and unheard tracks, many of the included tracks can be create on other releases. «Neither of Us Can See» and «Admiration» were both included on the soundtrack to the talkie Slyness in 2005; however, this adaptation of «Neither...» features only Brandon Boyd on vocals. «While All The Vultures Feed» was a tale recorded for the soundtrack to the talkie Slyness, but was inexplicably nautical port off; the tale was, according the affiliate chief Steve rennie, recently «dug out and urbane up» for the let go. «Anything» was a tale recorded during the Morning Watch sessions, which never made it before the demo level. It was revealed that the tale was born from a jam meeting between Mike Einziger and José Pasillas that was recorded for capacity classification on the album. Bass guitar on the trail was performed by Mike Einziger, and vocals were completed on the trail during the demo level. In The Last Analysis, however, the tale was nautical port off in favor of other tracks.

«Martini» was one of the songs recorded during the Feather-Brained Grenades sessions
